How does it work?
VXC advisors live in the United States and are either Veterans, Active Duty Military, National Guard Members and Reservists. They’re periodically invited to participate in surveys or focus groups, or to be a part of a review session, or to test a new feature or tool.
VXC advisors are paid per survey or feedback session and can work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Why does Aptive offer this program?
Aptive VXC started as a pilot program in 2023. We found ourselves wishing we had a “Veteran barometer,” that is, a way to gather and interpret a wide array of Veteran perspectives.
By working closely with a diverse group of Veterans and military stakeholders, we’re able better understand their needs and design services and solutions that meet them. As part of Aptive VXC, advisors guide us in areas that are relevant and important. Thus Aptive VXC, and the Veteran Barometer, were born.
